When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
Payment of any outstanding balance is made upon check out. You will be asked for a pre authorisation hold amount upon check in to cover any incidentals and hold the reservation amount. Unless agreed otherwise on the terms and conditions of the applicable booking.
How much does parking cost?
The car park costs is not included in a room rate but is subject to availability at a nearby car park.

You can request a late check out on arrival or during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, if at check in your room is not ready or after you need to store your bags after checkout, we will kindly store them (free of charge) at our partner hotel located only a 100metre walk away.

The check-out time is 10am. You can request a late check out on your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
